Billy has for the last 25 years worked on a wide range of commercial, housing, industrial, retail projects and instructions. His work has covered all areas traditionally associated with Building Surveying including Defects Diagnosis, Repair and Maintenance, SHQS surveys, Pre-acquisition Surveys, Dilapidations, Principal Designer Role, Contract Administration and Bank Monitoring work.

Billy has developed a wide range of professional practice and project skills whilst working in Private Practice, working for a variety of Private and Public Sector clients. He has also worked Client side for Housing Associations as a Project Manager and Head Estimator for a SME contractor.

Billy’s experience varies from small scale traditional Building Surveying instructions to larger commercial instructions and includes buildings of traditional and modern construction. He is client and solution driven, appreciating that every project requires a fresh approach and a unique solution.
