Matthew’s career started back in 2014. He achieved a first-class honours Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonia University in 2019 and qualified as an RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2023.
Having worked in private practice for the duration of his career and on projects ranging from commercial, industrial, residential and in the hospitality sector Matthew has a wide range of experience which he can bring to any appointment.
Matthew’s expertise are in cost estimation and post contract cost control. Having worked on several complex office refurbishment projects in recent years he has a full understanding of the risk items to be aware of in cost forecasting and estimation.
