Paul has developed a specialisation in hotel projects having been involved in their development throughout the United Kingdom for the last twenty years.
He has been an integral part of the project team on both new build hotel projects and refurbishment / extensions of existing hotels with his roles extending from cost consultancy to include Employer’s Agent, Project Manager and Client Representative. Having worked on a wide range of hotel projects, Paul can deliver expert advice to Clients from inception to completion and beyond.
Paul has gained, in particular, a wealth of knowledge in the procurement of both branded and bespoke hotels, assisting clients to deliver projects with the optimum balance of cost, quality and time.
