201 unit new build housing project as phase 1 of the Glasgow Gorbals regeneration master plan.
Phase 1A of the Laurieston regeneration master plan for New Gorbals Housing Association was the delivery of 201 new build houses including the prominent southernmost flatted block and 2 housing terraces, offering diversity to the master plan.
The opening of this first phase of the Laurieston regeneration project is the culmination of a very long journey, beginning in 2022, to transform the area and create a new residential quarter for the 21st century.
nbm provided Employer’s Agent & Cost Consultancy services from RIBA Stage 0 to 7, providing our housing expertise to and working within the multi-disciplinary team to drive successful outcomes for the Project and Client.
