We’re proud to be representing the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) at the upcoming Developing Young Workforce (DYW Scotland) Step into Future Jobs Events, supporting Scottish Apprenticeship Week. As an RICS-regulated firm, we recognise the importance of training the next generation of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and providing young people with insight into careers in the built environment.
At nbm we run a successful apprenticeship programme and believe in developing emerging talent through hands-on experience and structured career pathways. This event provides a fantastic opportunity for senior phase students to explore apprenticeships, emerging industries, and green jobs. With over 40 employers exhibiting at each event, students can gain first-hand insight into Scotland’s thriving industries and the role apprenticeships play in shaping the future workforce.
nbm are participating in this event in support of our commitment to Wheatley Group's Consultants Framework Community Benefits programme. The opportunities that we provide in our business for apprenticeships are largely enabled by our continued successful working relationship with Wheatley and the projects we have been appointed to.
